TravelCard has stopped quoting and binding new
Travel Insurance policies as of 19 October 2020
Existing policy holders are still covered for valid travel insurance
claims. We recommend you submit all new claims to
claims@travelcard.com.au as soon as possible
Any claims that have been submitted previously are being assessed and
a TravelCard team member will be in touch with policy holders shortly. Any
previously purchased TravelCard travel insurance where travellers are waiting
to reschedule their travel dates, the policy holder should call us to discuss
their options on 1300 123 413. Please be patient with us as we get to your
query, will get back to you as soon as possible

Medical issue overseas?
Call our 24/7 Global Assistance team and we can direct you to the nearest hospital or doctor. For approved claims we will load the TravelCard with funds to cover your medical costs.
Cash stolen?
No cash, no holiday! Call us and we can put up to $250 on the TravelCard to help you until you in the interim.
Luggage delayed?
When your luggage isn’t where you are, it’s hard to begin your holiday. Just call us and we can add up to $150 to the TravelCard to buy emergency essentials. (Comprehensive Cover only)
